Overview

Email Broadcast Templates control the wrapper around every email that uses the template: the generated header, message body, generated footer, buttons, and optional advanced content and styles.

Use the standard settings in the General, Body, Header, Footer, and Buttons sections whenever possible. Those settings render as email-safe inline styles and provide the most reliable results across email clients. Use Additional Header Content, Additional Footer Content, and Custom CSS only when the standard controls are not sufficient.

Changes to a template can affect every broadcast that uses it. Duplicate the template first when experimenting with a substantially different design.

Additional Header Content

Additional Header Content is a rich-text region rendered after the generated header and before the email body.

Good uses include a short campaign tagline, a persistent announcement, or account-wide introductory copy. Avoid message-specific content because this region is part of the reusable template.

Additional Footer Content

Additional Footer Content is a rich-text region rendered after the email body and before Numero’s generated legal footer.

Good uses include an additional organization disclaimer, persistent contact information, or reusable closing copy.

Do not use this field—or Custom CSS—to hide, obscure, or replace required address and unsubscribe content.
