Contacts

People and organizations in the CRM — donors, prospects, volunteers, and vendors. The central record that contributions, interactions, pledges, RSVPs, and submissions all attach to.

id ID Unique identifier.
createdAt DateTime When the record was created.
updatedAt DateTime When the record was last updated.
type ContactTypeEnum Contact type: individual, organization, or nonentity.
archivedAt DateTime When the contact was archived (null if active).
firstName String Contact's first name.
salutation String Salutation / honorific (e.g. Mr., Dr.).
primaryEmail Email The contact's primary email address. → see the Email object-type section.
emails [Email] All email addresses on the contact. → see the Email object-type section.
primaryPhone Phone The contact's primary phone number. → see the Phone object-type section.
phones [Phone] All phone numbers on the contact. → see the Phone object-type section.
primaryAddress Address The contact's primary mailing address. → see the Address object-type section.
addresses [Address] All mailing addresses on the contact. → see the Address object-type section.
employments [Employment] Employment history (individual contacts only). → see the Employment object-type section.
ranking Int Numeric priority/ranking score for the contact.
timezone TimezoneEnum The contact's time zone.
vanId String VAN (Voter Activation Network) ID, if synced.
contactCodes [ContactCode] Contact codes (tags) applied to the contact. → see the Codes section.
originCodes [OriginCode] Origin codes (how the contact was acquired). → see the Codes section.

Contributions

Individual donations received, with donor identity, amount and fees, compliance details (employer/occupation), and payment and source attribution.

email String Donor email as recorded on the contribution.

isCoverFees Boolean True/false means donor made a choice to cover fees; null means the contribution was not eligible.
isRecurring Boolean Whether the contribution is part of a recurring series.
payment String Payment method / instrument used.
recurringFrequency FrequencyEnum How often the recurring contribution repeats.
recurringNumber Int Which installment this is within a recurring series.
sourceName SourceNameEnum Where the contribution originated (e.g. online form, import).
wallet WalletEnum Digital wallet used (e.g. Apple Pay), if any.
memberCodes [MemberCode] Member codes (tags) associated with the record. → see the Codes section.
referenceCodes [ReferenceCode] Reference codes associated with the record. → see the Codes section.
sourceCodes [SourceCode] Source codes (attribution tags) associated with the record. → see the Codes section.
broadcastMessageId ID ID of the broadcast message this contribution is attributed to, if any.
broadcastMessageType String Type of the attributed broadcast message: EmailBroadcastMessage or TextBroadcastMessage.
contact ContactInterface The contact who made this contribution. → see the Contacts section.

Interactions

Logged touchpoints with a contact — calls, emails, meetings, and notes — optionally linked to a resulting pledge.

type InteractionTypeEnum Interaction type (call, email, meeting, etc.).
interactedAt DateTime When the interaction took place.

Pledges

Commitments to give a set amount in the future, tracked from the pledge through fulfillment when it converts to a contribution.

Codes
